Your Project, Step by Step

Step 1

Start by filling out the details on our booking request system. Choose a date, and fill in the rest. The more detail you can provide the better. Feel free to include rough measurements, ideas, and photos of the space, as this helps us understand your project properly prior to your survey.

Step 2

During the consultation, we will discuss your requirements, ideas, preferred style and assess what is possible within the space, and take all necessary measurements of your home.

Step 3

You will receive an email with a detailed quote outlining the full scope of work, the total price, and an approximate installation date, which may be subject to change. The quote will explain exactly what is included, the materials we will use, and the steps involved in completing your project. This will give you a clear understanding of the process and allow you to review everything in your own time before making a decision.

Step 4

If you choose to go ahead, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be invoiced and must be paid via bank transfer. Once the deposit has been received, we will begin creating your CAD designs for approval. If any changes are requested during the design stage, these may affect the final price. If so, you will receive an updated invoice along with your revised designs.

Step 5

Once the designs have been approved and we are ready to begin manufacturing your project, we will confirm a fixed installation date with you. At this stage, 40% of the quoted amount will be invoiced. This payment allows us to order materials, schedule workshop time, and begin producing your bespoke furniture to the agreed specifications.

Step 6

On the day of installation, our team will arrive at the agreed time and complete the fitting of your project. We will ensure everything is installed to the highest standard, check all finishes, and make any minor adjustments needed on site. Once the installation is complete and you are happy with the work, the remaining balance will be due for payment before we leave unless agreed prior. We will also provide any guidance on care and maintenance to ensure your project remains in perfect condition.
